What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to send us: your name, company, email address, phone number, and the details and files you provide about a part you would like quoted. We do not sell, rent or trade this information.
Customer drawings and technical files
Drawings, models and specifications you send are treated as confidential business information. They are used solely to prepare a quote and to manufacture your parts. We do not publish them, share them with third parties outside of what is necessary to fulfil your order, or use them as marketing material. A non-disclosure agreement is available on request.
How we use your information
To respond to your enquiry, prepare and send quotes, produce and ship your order, and keep normal business records of the transaction. If you become a customer we may contact you about your active jobs.
Retention
Enquiry records and associated files are retained for as long as needed for the quote, the order and applicable business and tax record-keeping requirements. You may ask us to delete files associated with an enquiry that did not result in an order.
Security
Information submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to submitted enquiries is limited to staff who need it to do their job.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only the cookies necessary for the site to function, plus privacy- respecting aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not use advertising trackers.
Your choices
