About

A job shop that cuts cold

We are a precision waterjet and CNC machining shop on Oso Avenue in Chatsworth, serving customers across Los Angeles and shipping nationwide.

What "natural cutting" means

It is in our name because it is the whole argument. Thermal processes — laser, plasma, oxy-fuel — cut by melting. Wherever they melt, they change the material: grain structure near the edge is altered, hardness shifts, thin sections distort, and the cut face oxidises.

A waterjet does not do any of that. It cuts with water and garnet at extreme pressure, at ambient temperature. The material's chemical composition and mechanical properties are exactly what the mill certificate says they are, right up to the edge of the cut. That is the natural part.

For a bracket, that's a nice-to-have. For a heat-treated die detail, a titanium aerospace part or a medical component, it's the difference between a usable part and scrap.

How we work

Quotes are written and given up front, with no hidden setup or programming charges appearing later on the invoice. If a job is a poor fit for waterjet, we say so rather than take the order.

Customer drawings are treated as confidential and are not shared, published or used as marketing material. We will sign an NDA on request.

There is no minimum order. A one-off prototype and a repeating production release are both normal work here.

Shop photography coming

Photographs of the machines, the shop floor and finished work are being produced now. We have deliberately left this page without stock imagery in the meantime — you can come and see the shop instead.
